If Fedex or UPS leaves your package at your door we are NOT responsible for any theft. We will file a claim for you, but if it is denied there is nothing we can do. For an additional charge of $2.25 we can add signature release. You have to ask for and pay for this option. It is NOT added automatically because most customers want the package to be dropped at the door if they are not home.
