We provide the mounting bracket, fasteners and o-ring which install beneath the
panel and fit against stops molded inside the case walls. A polymer o-ring
seals the panel so the case remains watertight, even with the lid open.
Pre-drilled holes and stainless steel screws make fabricating a custom case
faster, stronger and more accurate.

MUST READ: Signature release.If Fedex, UPS or USPS leaves your package at your door we are NOT responsible for any theft. We will file a claim for you, but if it is denied there is nothing we can do. For an additional charge of $2.25 we can add signature release. You have to ask for and pay for this option. It is NOT added automatically because most customers want the package to be dropped at the door if they are not home.
TRACKING.We send tracking via the Ebay message system and leave feedback within 24-48 hours of shipping. If your package shipped with USPS, there is no tracking available. We print the label electronically and generally you will see a message regarding the date the label shipped until the item is delivered to your door (and scanned by your carrier).
WARRANTIES: We are an authorized distributor of all product we sell and you are covered by manufacturers warranty. Some manufacturers require that you send the item directly back to them for warranty claim that includes Pelican and Streamlight. Please inquire if needed.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please do not ask us to alter or write a lower amount on the customs form. That is against the law. Import duties and local taxes are between you and your government. It may or may not be charged upon delivery. You are completely responsible for those charges. Please inquire with your government before ordering if you are unsure about the rules for your country. We highly recommend Priority or Express mail. If First Class Mail is an option you are 100% responsible for lost or stolen mail.
