All of Radians glasses are produced in ISO Certified facilities. They meet or exceed ANSI Z87.1 + standards and many styles have also been evaluated to Canadian Standards.

If Fedex or UPS leaves your package at your door we are NOT responsible for any theft. We will file a claim for you, but if it is denied there is nothing we can do. For an additional charge of $2.25 we can add signature release. You have to ask for and pay for this option. We print the label electronically and generally you will see a message regarding the date the label shipped until the item is delivered to your door and scanned by your carrier.

WARRANTIES:

We guarantee all of our items to work and be free from manufacturer's defects. Defective items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund free of charge. After 7 days, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. At which time a replacement will be sent at our cost or a refund of the purchase price will be given.

Non-defective items may be returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price of the item(s) less shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Some manufacturers require that you send the item directly back to them for warranty claim that includes Pelican and Streamlight. Please inquire if needed.
