Yes we can ship with USPS to APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam. Please ask for this option to be added after you buy, but before you pay. We will send you a new invoice.

We accept Paypal, money orders and all credit cards. When paying with AMEX, Visa, Mastercard or Discover cards billing address must match shipping address. All credit cards will be verified with issuing bank before shipping.

MUST READ: Insurance. Fedex and UPS includes $100 insurance and free tracking. If your purchase is higher than $100 we recommend that you buy the optional insurance. USPS domestic priority mail does not include any insurance. USPS International Priority mail and Express mail include some insurance. For full coverage please buy the optional insurance. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transport we are not responsible for any loss.

MUST READ: Signature release. If FedEx, UPS or USPS leaves your package at your door we are NOT responsible for any theft. We will file a claim for you, but if it is denied there is nothing we can do. For an additional charge of $2.25 we can add signature release. You have to ask for and pay for this option. It is NOT added automatically because most customers want the package to be dropped at the door if they are not home.

TRACKING. We do email tracking to your Paypal email address. If you do not receive your tracking number please monitor your junk/spam folder or contact our customer service at 800-554-5683.

WARRANTIES: We are an authorized distributor of all product we sell and you are covered by manufacturers warranty. Some manufacturers require that you send the item directly back to them for warranty claim that includes Pelican and Streamlight. Please inquire if needed.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please do not ask us to alter or write a lower amount on the customs form. Import duties and local taxes are between you and your government.
